Delivery

We will process your order within 12 hours of receipt. Please bear in mind that there may be time differences between your country and the UK, we operate business hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Our shippers will normally despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt on a business day. Liqueurs de France has been in the business of shipping absinthe for nearly 10 years. We understand and share your concerns for privacy and speed of delivery and use only services which offer online order tracking.

Once your order has been successfully placed you will receive an acknowledgment email, with the order details and a unique order number. When it has been passed to the shippers you will receiving a notification followed by your tracking number which allows you to follow the parcel up to the point of delivery.

International orders are NORMALLY delivered within 5 working days from the receipt of your order. Please note that our UK shippers and some of their overseas agents do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Our shippers require a street address to deliver to, PO Boxes are NOT acceptable. Deliveries require a signature, if there is no one at home the goods will be returned to the depot and a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery time. If it is deemed safe, the delivery service may leave the goods by the door.

If you have selected airmail (only available to certain destinations) delivery may take up to 30 days depending on your destination (but normally under two weeks), once again a signature is usually required.
